About Ash | Trauma-Informed and Somatic Therapy
Hi there.
Iβm Ash (she/hers). And Iβm glad youβre here.
Are You Feeling Stuck, Exhausted, or at Odds with Yourself?
Do you find yourself caught in the same cyclesβreplaying painful memories, self-doubt, or overwhelming worries? Despite your efforts with self-care, meditation, or yoga, do you sense thereβs more to explore on your healing journey? If so, youβre not alone.
Iβm here for those called toward the wild journey to look inward.
My Approach: Compassionate, Nervous System-Informed, & Embodied Healing
I believe true healing begins when weβre given compassionate space to access our inner wisdom. I also know that fear, overwhelm, and unprocessed and difficult past experiences can make this difficult. Through a nervous system-informed lens, I help clients navigate these challenges, integrating difficult emotional experiences and fostering self-compassion.
Together, we work to:
β Understand and release stuck patterns
β Shift your relationships to fear, doubt, and self-criticism
β Cultivate greater freedom, clarity, and vitality
β Align with your strengths, values, and authenticity
I welcome all parts of your identityβrace, ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic background, body size, and abilityβinto our therapeutic space.
